If you’re tired of mowing lawns or shoveling snow, this place might be for you, because those tasks are covered by a monthly fee. It’s part of a two-unit town house in the Montage at Danforth Green development of 173 single-family, duplex, and triplex town homes in Framingham on the Wayland line.
From the street, there is a wide driveway leading to two-car garages for each unit. The entry to this home is the left unit.
As you step inside, there is a foyer with a window high on the wall on the left side, throwing natural light onto the wide stairwell to the upper floor. The rest of the hallway has an abundance of decorative wainscoting and crown molding as it leads deeper into the home on oak hardwood flooring.
Off the hallway on the left is a door to the finished basement, and just before on the right is the entry to the half-bath with a white pedestal sink, white Nantucket beadboard wainscoting, and oak flooring.

The hallway ends in an open floor plan that blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a seamless space stitched together by the oak flooring.
The living room is flooded by natural light from a bank of three large muntin-free windows on the left exterior wall. Directly ahead, the rear exterior wall has a black gas fireplace framed by a white mantle. Shelving is installed on either side of the fireplace. There is a central fan and recessed lighting.

There is a dining area to the right currently hosting a table with seating for four, next to a clear glass slider to the backyard.
The L-shaped kitchen is steps away. There are two layers of honey-colored maple cabinets above light speckled granite counters. There is undermount lighting and white ceramic tile for the backsplash. The five-burner gas stove is stainless steel as are the rest of the appliances. Opposite the stove is an island for two seats under a pair of pendant lights.

The second floor includes the primary suite, the second bedroom, the second full bath, and a laundry closet large enough for full-size appliances. The flooring here is covered by carpet.

The primary suite is on the left and starts with the bedroom, which is also carpeted. There is a ceiling fan and a total of four windows on the two exterior walls. The lower level of the windows are muntin-free. There is a ceiling fan.
This bedroom has two doors. The one to the right opens into a large walk-in closet that has built-in shelving on both sides and more storage in the rear.
The second door on the left leads to the full private bath. There is a double vanity that’s the same cabinet design as the kitchen with a dark granite countertop. A pair of mirrors hang above the vanity and a medicine cabinet is on the left wall. The bath is shower-only behind a clear glass door with a ceramic tile light beige backsplash in a subway tile design. The flooring in the bathroom is ceramic tile in a light tan. There is a window at the far end and a linen closet at the entrance.
The second bedroom is directly opposite the primary suite and features three windows on the rear exterior wall, a central ceiling fan, and a closet. The floor is carpeted.

The final full bath is just to the right of the top of the stairs. It features a mahogany-colored single vanity with a gray speckled granite counter top. There’s a single large mirror above the sink and a double-hung window adjacent to it. The full bath features an insert shower/tub combination behind a curtain. The flooring is light gray ceramic tile in a diamond pattern.
The finished basement has above-ground windows, recessed lighting, and ceramic tile flooring currently outfitted as an exercise space and a work area. There is also a radiation mitigation system to reduce the home’s radon levels and a sump pump.

The home has forced hot air for heat and central air conditioning.
Michael Santos of The Closers/Realty Executives Boston West has the listing. As of press time, an offer had been accepted on the property.
