And now to the walk-out lower level. It has a 336-square-foot second family room with vinyl flooring that also serves as a game room and a workout space. There’s also a flex room with access to a full bath that offers porcelain tile flooring, a single vanity with a quartz sink, and a glass-enclosed shower with a subway tile surround.
