Dragon scale shingles wrap the turret of this turn-of-the-last-century Queen Anne Victorian, but it’s the contemporary conversion of the home into three condo units that would curry the favor of the Mother of Dragons, Daenerys Targaryen.
Unit 1 is on the first level and reached from the wraparound front porch. The door opens to reveal the kitchen directly ahead and the living room to the left. Wide-plank oak flooring in a satin finish and a neutral color palette tie it all together.
The living room follows the curvature of the turret and features three windows, recessed lighting, a gas fireplace nestled in a shiplap wall, and a wood beam mantel.
A long island with quartz waterfall counters, a microwave, drawers, and seating for four marks the start of the kitchen (269 square feet). A trio of rectangular LED lights hangs overhead. The Shaker-style cabinets have matte black pulls to match the faucet, the backsplash is glass subway tile, and the appliances, including the four-burner gas stove, are stainless steel. This space also has three muntin-less windows, recessed lighting, and more than enough room for a small table.

Picture frame wainscoting lines one kitchen wall and continues along a 35-foot-long hallway to the primary suite, passing a half bath with a pedestal sink and black-and-white quartz flooring.
The primary suite features a shiplap accent wall in the 128-square-foot bedroom, but the big draw may be the walk-in closet, which sits behind a sliding barn door. It features enough custom shelving to thrill the sneakerhead in your life. The suite also comes with new oak flooring, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, 9-foot ceilings, and two windows.
The en-suite bath, also found behind a sliding barn door, has a double vanity topped by beautiful black quartz with splashes of brilliant white. The same material forms an accent wall in the shower, paired with porcelain tile the color of sand on two walls and black hexagon porcelain tile underfoot. The shower has two heads on opposite walls, as well as black-framed glass doors to match the vanity hardware.

The other two bedrooms in the home and full bath are off a second small hallway. The bedrooms, 95 and 148 square feet, have double-door closets, two windows, oak flooring, and ceiling fans. They share a full bath with a single vanity, a quartz countertop, and a shower behind glass walls. The floor and the shower surround are a light-colored marble.
Each condo unit has a dedicated laundry closet in the common hallway. Storage for each unit is available in the full basement. Unit 1 comes with two off-street parking spaces, and the estimated monthly fee covers the water, sewer, master insurance, landscaping, and reserve funds.
