When it comes to finding bargain real estate in Boston, there’s no time for April Fools’ jokes.
High interest rates, low inventory, and record-breaking prices continue to make home buying a hassle in Massachusetts. A Raleigh Realty report recently ranked the state’s average home prices No. 3 in the country. And Boston.com reported on March 27 that sales remained relatively flat in February as home shoppers and agents set their hopes on more inventory this spring.
As Boston’s real estate market gears up for Spring House Hunt, Boston.com compiled a list of five condos priced at or under $500,000 within the city’s limits:
