The sprawling 2,480-square-foot unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. It hit the market March 1 for $2,750,000. 

“​​It’s so rare to find something with that much space, especially in a lot of the a lot of the newer inventory that’s coming on,” said Mike George, an agent with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. 

The front door opens into the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room area, where light walls and wood floors reflect the natural light that cascades in from the room’s several windows. Rough-hewn wood support beams and steel and wood beams in the ceiling add an industrial touch to the otherwise modern style.
