Five pretty two-bedroom condos for under $500,000
From a condo with great views in Jamaica Plain to an island property in Hull.
Looking to secure a condo in Greater Boston, but don’t want to break the bank? As of June 21, the average sale price for condos has risen in all but Suffolk County, according to a market analysis Boston.com ran on the Multiple Listing Service:
Essex County: $338,884, an increase of 6.4 percent
Suffolk County: $782,160, a decrease of 9.28 percent
Norfolk County: $489,695, up of 1.57 percent
Middlesex County: $531,590, an increase of 2.79 percent
Plymouth County: $382,448, up 13.12 percent
Prices are on the rise, but we found five pretty properties — all two-bedroom units — for less than $500,000.
