A train leaving Rockport Station at 6:30 a.m. on a weekday will get you into North Station in an hour and 10 minutes, according to the timetable. A train leaving Newburyport Station at 6:25 a.m. will get you there in an hour and six minutes.
If you drive leaving at the same time on a Monday from Rockport, Google estimates it could take between an hour to an hour and 40 minutes to get to Boston. From Newburyport, it could take anywhere between 55 minutes to an hour and 25 minutes.
