As reported by the Portland Press Herald, LePage and his wife bought the home three years ago for $215,000 out of foreclosure. The Press Herald determined who owned the home through tax records.
The home, located on Firth Drive, is a Shingle Style property set on two acres. According to its listing, the home boasts a private dock with deep-water access across the street.
The kitchen has been updated, offering a bar area, white cabinets, a wine fridge, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a fireplace in the living space, which is connected to the kitchen.
According to the Press Herald, LePage and his wife’s main home is the Blaine House in Augusta.
