In Massachusetts, barns are not always used as shelter for livestock. Owning one may mean you have more garage space or an in-law apartment.

Some barns are large, while others are more like a shed, perfect for storage.

We picked out five homes throughout the state that have barns and ranked them from the highest price per square foot to the lowest. Check them out:
