This Somerville condo is asking more than $1.5 million
Prices in Somerville have been creeping up, with multiple homes recently getting close to breaking the city’s price record, which was set back in April 2015 when 32 Foskett Street sold for $1,725,000.
You can now even condos are getting close to the current record.
8 Howard Street, Unit 8, a loft condo in a converted 19th-century mill building in Davis Square, is listed for $1,599,900. That’s below the current record, but as we have seen this past spring, it wouldn’t be surprising for it to go over asking.
The unit is open concept and has 3,653 square feet of living space, along with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully finished basement. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and there are French doors in the living room, leading to a patio with benches, a large deck and room for a grill.
