These are some of the smallest condos for sale in Boston right now

Condo prices have continued rising all over Boston after the record year in 2015 — and even micro units have not been left out.

Constantine Valhouli, the cofounder of NeighborhoodX, a neighborhood-specific reporting and data startup, made a chart of the smallest condos for sale in Boston right now. Most of them are studio apartments, some of which are in older buildings with renovations, and others are in new or still-under-construction buildings.

(See the interactive map with links to the listings here.)

The units Valhouli looked at ranged in size from 295 square feet to 440 square feet and are all classified as micro-units, as they are under 450 square feet. Though they range in price from $165,000 (211 Baker St #2 in West Roxbury) to $596,000 (500 Atlantic Ave #14R in the Waterfront), the real differentiation between the units is when you look at price per square foot of living space, Valhouli noted.

The most expensive, if you base it on price per square foot, is 85 Marlborough Street #4 in Back Bay, which is going for $1,439 per square foot. 500 Atlantic Avenue #14R in the Waterfront area falls only slightly below, asking  $1,399 per square foot. 43 Westland Street #610 in the Fenway, is asking $1,322 per square foot.

The largest unit Valhouli looked it, 211 Baker Street #2 in West Roxbury, is actually the cheapest when going by price per square foot. The condo is listed for $375 per square foot.
