All kinds of homes broke the $4 million mark in Greater Boston this week
$4 million was the number to break this week, and three homes in the area hit the mark (with another one getting pretty close). But a Brookline mansion that was constructed in 2014 took the cake, selling for $4.4 million on March 11. Check them out.


This 6,527-square-foot home with six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms sold on March 11 for $4,400,000, well above Brookline’s $770,000 median closing price. The home sits on half an acre of land, and has a stone terrace, a private yard, and a three-car heated garage. Inside there is a grand foyer, a turreted music room, a living room, a custom-paneled library, and a kitchen with an oversized island.
22 Liberty Drive, Unit A3, Seaport


This two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,027-square-foot condo sold for $4,150,000 on March 16 at one of the Seaport’s newest luxury buildings. The condo has massive windows with water views, along with a large terrace. It has an open concept floor plan and has a variety of building amenities, such as a 24-hour concierge, a doorman, valet access, and a fitness center.


On March 11, this home built in 1930 with five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 4,662 square feet of living space sold for $4,000,000, well above Cambridge’s $733,000 median closing price. The home has a large kitchen, a private patio, custom built-ins, a media room with a wet bar, and an unfinished attic space with room to renovate.


This waterfront home with five bedrooms and 5,039 square feet of living space sold for $3,100,000 on March 14, above Cohasset’s $800,000 median closing price. Besides its proximity to the water and amazing views, the home has a custom kitchen with with walnut cabinets and caesar stone counters, a finished basement, a 700-bottle wine cellar, and a large lawn that leads to the water.
