The loft has a custom raised space that can be used as an office. The sleeping area is raised as well, giving the owner privacy in an otherwise very open concept loft.
There is also a 375-square-foot private patio connected to the unit with plenty of space to have guests over or have a BBQ. Parking is on the other side of the patio.
Architectural period details left in the loft include exposed brick, beams, high ceilings, and huge windows – and it is just a quick ride into Boston.
