Unit 5 at 17 N. Church St. in North Adams is on the market for $99,000. The condo has a total livable area of 323 square feet, with one bedroom and one full bath. It is being sold furnished.
“This is the perfect size for when you are out and about Berkshire County,” said Erin Vincent, the agent for the Berkshires listing.
The condo was renovated in 2004 and comes with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
“It is located in The Historic Flat Iron Building, originally built in 1854, giving each condo unit a unique layout,” Vincent said.
The bedroom has a Murphy bed, a seating area, and a walk-in closet.
This unit has been used as an Airbnb rental for many years. It has bookings scheduled through November, the Zillow listing states.

This condo has a very strong history as an Airbnb unit, Vincent said, as it is “close to everything North Adams has to offer, no matter the season.” The building is about 350 feet from the Mohawk Trail and a half-mile from the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.
