The condo market has been hot this summer.
Condo sales in Massachusetts increased year over year in July, with the median price at $565,000, according to a report The Warren Group, a real estate analytics firm, published on Aug. 20. That’s nearly a 2 percent jump.
There were also 1,947 unit sales in July, which is a slight increase from the 1,886 sold last July.
