A $4.3 million brand-new home in Newton couldn’t beat a Millennium Tower unit for biggest sale

In what is becoming a weekly occurrence, the Millennium Tower had another large sale, this time at $5.4 million. It was so big, it trumped a more than $4 million sale for a 6,792-square-foot new construction home in Newton.

A Boston waterfront property and unique Concord home also both sold for a pretty penny this week. Check out all of those properties below.

On Monday, this three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,773-square-foot corner unit of the Millennium Tower sold for $5,400,000. The residence is on the 55th floor, so those floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the Charles River, Beacon Hill, and the Financial District. The owner will get access to all of the building’s amenities, including a screening room, a library, a private function room, an outdoor terrace, and a fitness facility with a lap pool.

Still under construction, this home’s owner has the opportunity to completely customize it. It features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and 6,792 square feet of living space. The property also boasts three acres of land and is just a few steps away from 120 acres of conservation land. On September 16, the home sold for $4,300,000.

4 Battery Wharf, Unit 4311, Waterfront, Boston

Situated directly on the Boston Harbor, this 2,047-square-foot home has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and top-of-the-line appliances. With water views from every room, it feels very open. There’s a private balcony in the study and two deeded parking spaces. The home sold for $3,750,000 on Monday.

This five-bedroom, five-bathroom, two-half-bathroom Concord home, built with inspiration from the English Arts and Crafts movement, sold for $3,200,000 on Monday. Its huge kitchen is made for entertaining—with multiple islands, a fireplace, maple cabinets, and granite countertops—and flows directly into the large family room. Oh, and there’s also a billiards room and an exercise room with a sauna.
