27 Marchant Avenue in Hyannis Port, the home that Taylor Swift purchased during her romance with Conor Kennedy, has sold for $12.3 million.

A Berkshire Hathaway representative confirmed in a statement that the sale closed, claiming it is the highest residential sale on Cape Cod year-to-date. The listing for the home is now marked as sold.

“This home was the perfect balance of refined architecture and seaside living—clean lines and a timeless sense of proportion that just made it feel effortless and inviting,” said listing agent Robert B. Kinlin in a statement. “It was an honor to market this remarkable property and assist in bringing it to a successful close.”

The 5,064-square-foot home has eight bedrooms and seven baths (five full, two half). The 1.1-acre property sits on an elevated bluff with 200 feet of private beach space.

“It is quintessential Cape Cod. It is absolutely gorgeous,” Kinlin previously told Boston.com when the home went up for sale at $14.5 million

Swift purchased the home in 2012 for $4.8 million from the Coleman family, longtime friends of the Kennedys and prominent Hyannis Port residents. She sold it shortly after. However, the home was meticulously transformed inside and out since she owned it, including an expansion to include over 5,000 square feet of exquisitely curated living and outdoor spaces.

“The home was completely reimagined from a vintage seaside cottage into an elegant coastal retreat with panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. It captures the essence of what we all remember from summers on the Cape,” Kinlin told Boston.com, noting the changes happened about six or seven years ago. “It was stripped down, inside and out, and totally rebuilt, replumbed, with all new electrical, plumbing, heating, windows, doors, roof, and everything.”

In the kitchen, you’ll find a large center island, top-of-the-line appliances, and custom cabinetry. The bright sunroom, one of the expanded spaces in the home, features endless floor-to-ceiling windows that stream in natural light. The dining room, an ideal entertaining space, has French doors that open up to the lawn with a view of the Nantucket Sound.

Additional changes since Swift’s days include a rebuilt sea wall and a waterside swimming pool with a nearby fire pit. A stone patio is perfect for outdoor barbeques, and stunning landscaping features include a rolling green lawn with the ocean behind you. A flight of steps leads down to the private beach.
