Pat Patriot greeted Bostonians with flowers and coffee for Random Act of Kindness Day

That’s one way to earn some (brownie) points.

Pat, the official mascot of the New England Patriots, took part in Random Acts of Kindness Day on Wednesday.

Dressed in his Patriots 1 jersey and signature bespangled hat, Pat handed out flowers and coffee to strangers on the streets of Boston.

The day is part of Random Acts of Kindness Week, stylized online as #RAKWeek, a campaign led by the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation in an effort to make kindness a “daily practice.’’
