A New York man allegedly sold counterfeit luxury goods at the Marshfield Fair in the summer of 2013.
Xian Chen Chen, 39, was charged on Wednesday with introducing imported merchandise by means of false statements and practices, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office. Chen allegedly sold products with the trademarks of pricey clothing brands like Armani, Burberry, Chanel, and Christian Dior, in addition to fake Ray Ban, Tiffany & Co., and Beats by Dre items.
