Heavy residual delays on Route 95 due to lane closure
Drivers should continue to expect heavy delays on Route 95 and the Mass Pike Tuesday evening after accidents caused multiple lane closures during rush hour.
A box truck got caught precariously on a guardrail on Route 95 northbound, shutting down a highway lane in Wellesley for four and a half hours, according to state police.
The truck was cleared and the lane reopened around 7 p.m., but police warned of residual delays.
