A little bit of history was made yesterday when Suzi LeVine was sworn into her post as the US ambassador to Switzerland using an e-reader.

WhatMobile.net has remarks from LeVine. She says she chose to take the oath over an e-copy of the constitution as a sign of American entrepreneurship and innovation and all that good stuff. However, the very first reason she lists for why she went digital? “It was what I had.’’

So. Who forgot the constitution?

Similarly, the Washington Post notes that a group of firefighters in New Jersey recently became sworn in on an iPad version of the Bible, because “nobody could find a version in print.’’
