In just nine words, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Tom Brady’s latest appeal in his Deflategate suspension.
“IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition is denied,” the ruling reads.
Brady and his attorneys had asked for the full court to hear the case after a three-judge panel in April ruled to uphold the NFL’s four-game suspension.
