The misty weather did not deter Halloween fans from Salem on Wednesday.

On a misty, chilly Wednesday two days before Halloween, the streets of Salem were littered with people in costumes. The entire downtown of “Witch City” was decorated in orange lights, pumpkins, skulls, and more ahead of its busiest day of the year.
