Check out your favorite restaurants’ food safety grades

If you’re curious about your favorite restaurants’ food safety grades, you can now easily see how they stack up.The Boston Globe published a table showing how every Boston restaurant did in recent food safety inspections. The table can be used to look up restaurants or search by neighborhood. It can also be filtered by date of inspection, name, address, score, and grade. The data, obtained from City of Boston inspection records, covers the period from the beginning of 2015 to August 8, 2016.The city’s grading system starts every restaurant off with 100 points, with points being deducted for each violation, according to the Globe. Each score is then translated to a letter grade, from A to C.Some of the lowest rated restaurants include China King Restaurant at 60 Beach St. and Double Tree Club Hotel at 821 Washington St. However, there are also many restaurants with perfect 100s.
