With thousands of “No Kings” protests set to take place this Saturday across the country — and more than 160 located here in Massachusetts — citizens in other countries joined in rallies.

The March 28 mobilization is expected to be larger than any previous “No Kings” protest — and the biggest protest in U.S. history, organizers anticipate — with more than 3,000 protests planned nationwide. Massachusetts has the second-most “No Kings” protest events scheduled, after California, according to a No Kings spokesperson.

Here are some images of protests in France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.
