After being sworn in Wednesday as Boston’s first Black and woman chief executive, acting Mayor Kim Janey laid out priorities for her administration and reflected on the historic nature of her time in office in two national television appearances.
Janey, 55, spoke with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Wednesday night and was interviewed Thursday morning on the ‘Today’ show on NBC.
