Tulsi Gabbard releases video statement on past LGBTQ remarks and beliefs

"In my past, I said and believed things that were wrong, and worse, they were very hurtful to people in the LGBTQ community and to their loved ones," said the Hawaii congresswoman and recently declared 2020 presidential candidate, who noted that she also apologized "many years ago" for her past words.
