Ed Markey had a succinct response to Steve Bannon leaving the White House
It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, but Sen. Ed Markey apparently was not a fan of chief White House strategist Steve Bannon.
After news broke Friday that Bannon was leaving President Donald Trump’s administration, Markey tweeted out a three-word response.

“Amen and hallelujah,” the Massachusetts senator wrote, retweeting the news.
