Kristen Wiig wasn’t the only Saturday Night Live alum to return to the show last night.

Fellow former cast member Jason Sudeikis made a surprise cameo to reprise his portrayal of Mitt Romney, as SNL spoofed Saturday’s meeting between the former Massachusetts governor and President-elect Donald Trump.

After a very prolonged hand shake, Romney, who had been an uncompromising critic of candidate Trump, breaks the silence.

“This isn’t going to work, is it?” he asks.

“I don’t think so,” responds Alec Baldwin, in his first post-election skit as Trump. Romney then leaves.

The sketch as a whole mocked Trump’s ability to cope with the seriousness of the presidency and to follow through on some of his more lofty campaign pledges.

Once again, the sketch apparently hit a nerve with the Republican president-elect, who expressed his displeasure in a tweet Sunday morning.
