Hillary Clinton supporters are proudly dressing up in pantsuits today
#PantsuitNation goes to the polls.
Some women voting for Hillary Clinton donned their favorite pantsuits on Tuesday as a way to show their pride in supporting the woman who could become America’s first female president. Clinton, the Democratic nominee, is a known pantsuit aficionado.
Under the hashtag #PantsuitNation, women across New England posted photos and selfies of their outfits on Election Day.
Here’s a quick sampling of those women from Twitter and Instagram.

The Facebook group “Pantsuit Nation” featured thousands of other pantsuit-wearing supporters. Jenna Lowenstein, a staffer for Clinton’s campaign, shared a note from Clinton to the group.
“Tonight, I hope we’ll finally break through that highest, hardest glass ceiling together, and use those pantsuits for the best occasion of all — celebrating!” Clinton said.
