Donald Trump doesn’t seem to have a problem saddling his Democratic challenger with the blame for what he sees as policies that hinder economic development.

When asked to defend tax cuts, the Republican nominee argued that his plan would boost the economy. Trump also said that “bureaucratic red tape” led some businesses to set up shop in other countries and that the lack of leadership drove the U.S. lose up to $5 trillion in tax revenue from such companies.

“But we have no leadership, and honestly, that starts with Secretary Clinton,” he said.

“I have a feeling that by the end of this evening I’m going to be blamed for everything that’s ever happened,” Clinton responded.

“Why not?” Trump interjected.

“Why not? Yeah, why not? Just join the debate by saying more crazy things,” Clinton said.

“There’s nothing crazy about not letting our companies bring their money back into their country,” Trump replied.
