What would you expect from the man who is served nails for breakfast? Of course, Jeb Bush would kill baby Adolf Hitler.

Riding through New Hampshire on his campaign bus, the former Florida governor was asked by the Huffington Post on the pressing issue: If he could go back in time and kill baby Hitler, would he?

“Hell yeah, I would,’’ Bush told reporters on camera. “You gotta step up man. I mean, that would be key.’’

The hypothetical refers to a question asked by The New York Times Magazine that set off the Internet last month.

The question came when Bush was asked about the most bizarre email he received. Bush recently began publicly giving out and personally responding to emails from voters via [email protected] and [email protected] — including some offbeat questions.

On killing baby Hitler, Bush did concede there could be possible butterfly effect-related problems.

“The problem with going back in history and doing that is, as we know from series — what’s the name of the Michael Fox movies? — Back to the Future, is that it could have a dangerous effect on everything else,’’ he said.

“But I’d do it,’’ Bush added. “I mean… Hitler.’’
