Hillary Clinton is making her way back to New Hampshire, and this time she’s bringing her “big ticket item.’’

Clinton and her camp are gearing up for the rollout of her student loan reform plan, an ambitious dive into the world of pricey higher education that aims to assist millenials with staggering student debt. Soures close to Clinton told POLITICO the plan would likely consist of a federal-state partnership that would increase funds allocated to public universities, as well as incentives for states to add funding to the system.

She could also unveil a kind of “bill of rights’’ for those bearing the burden of student loans, creating protections for students in an attempt to win over millenials. Today, those between the ages of 18 and 29 say their highest financial concern is settling student debt, according to The Atlantic.
