A Boston-based Clinton family charity failed to report increases by tens of millions of dollars in grants from foreign governments, The Boston Globe reports.

According to the report, a spokeswoman for the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) told The Globe that the group never submitted information to the State Department on foreign donations during Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013.

During confirmation hearings, the Clintons made a promise to the Obama administration to disclose all donors to Clinton family charities, in order to ease concerns about conflicts of interest. The Globe report contends that CHAI “uniformly bypassed’’ the rules of that agreement.
