Poll: Public feels no different about Boston 2024 a year after failed bid

It looks like Boston residents haven’t changed their feelings about Boston 2024 a year after the Olympic bid was killed.

In a recent poll, the MassINC Polling Group found 44 percent of Boston residents think the Olympics would have been a good thing for the city, WBUR reports. Slightly more, 48 percent, disagreed.

WBUR said the numbers are identical to their last Olympics poll taken in July 2015, only days before the bid was struck down.

The poll interviewed over 300 Boston residents between July 12-13.
