A tornado with a peak wind speed of 110 mph hit Lyme, New Hampshire, Tuesday evening, according to the National Weather Service.
The tornado, classified as “weak” on the EF Scale, traveled 1.8 miles through the town starting at 7:29 p.m.
It lasted a total of seven minutes.
The weather office in Gray, Maine, confirmed the tornado and said more information was expected to be released on Thursday.
