Photos: Fast-moving wildfires burn out of control around Los Angeles area

Nearly 2,000 structures, mostly homes, have been destroyed.

Several large wildfires are raging through the Los Angeles area, burning out of control since they erupted Tuesday. 

Nearly 2,000 structures, mostly homes, have been destroyed, and more than 130,000 people are under evacuation orders in the metropolitan area.
