Video: Inside the Supermax Where Tsarnaev Could Live
The Supermax prison in Florence, Colo., where Dzhokhar Tsarnaev could soon live is described as “a high-tech version of hell’’ in a new Boston Globe look inside the prison.
A jury will soon decide whether or not Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon bomber found guilty on all charges against him, should be put to death. If he is spared the death penalty, he will likely be sent to the US Penitentiary Administrative Maximum Facility, also known as the ADX, a federal prison designed for solitary confinement. As Boston.com reported earlier this month, the facility also houses notorious convicts such as Unabomber Ted Kaczynski, shoe bomber Richard Reid, and 9/11 planner Zacarias Moussaoui.
The video above shows you life inside the prison. Read the full Boston Globe article here.
