A Brady Retires, But Not That One

After a lengthy, accomplished career, it seems that Brady has decided to ride off into the sunset.
We’re speaking of Gisele Bundchen (Brady), of course. Is there another important Brady?
It was first reported on Brazilian news site Moda Estadao that Bundchen would be leaving the catwalk. Today, her sister and representative, Patricia, released a statement to media outlets confirming the rumors.
“Gisele will focus on special projects and also spending more time on her number one priority: her family,’’ said the statement, in part.
Bundchen’s last runway appearance will be next month’s Sao Paulo Fashion Week for the label Colcci.
While she may be stepping away from the runway, Bundchen is hardly done working. Having walked for Chanel, Victoria’s Secret, Balenciaga, and Givenchy in the past, the world’s highest paid supermodel of the last 8 years recently signed a $25 million contract with Under Armour, and is married to some football player named Tom. Maybe he’s worth a few pennies, too.
