LIVE: Clashes Resume Between Police, Protesters in Ferguson

Police and protesters clashed again in Ferguson, MO. Monday night, with officers using long-range acoustic devices to try and clear a crowds from the streets. What had been a peaceful night suddenly took a more confrontational turn just before 10 p.m. Central Daylight Time. CNN’s Jake Tapper reported he’d been instructed to put on a gas mask as police formed up to disperse the gathering.

Ferguson has been the sight of protests and clashes with police for over a week since the Aug. 9 shooting of Michael Brown, 18, by a Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson.
