Watch: Charlie Baker holds press conference on coming winter storm

With some parts of Massachusetts expected to get up to a foot and a half of snow from the storm system set to arrive Monday afternoon, Gov. Charlie Baker is briefing the media on the state’s preparations.

According to his office, Baker is set to speak at 11 a.m. at the Massachusetts State House in Boston, alongside state transportation and emergency management officials.
