Several people injured, 1 in ‘serious condition’ after multi-vehicle crash on I-93
The crash happened Thursday afternoon on Interstate 93 South near Exit 15, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Several people were injured Thursday afternoon in a multi-vehicle highway crash in Boston, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Troopers responded to the crash on Interstate 93 South near Exit 15 at about 3:30 p.m., police said in a statement. As of Thursday evening, one person is “in serious condition.”
Fire officials and emergency responders were on the scene to render aid to the crash victims, according to police. The left two highway lanes were closed.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash and said they will provide more information as it becomes available.
