1 killed in Barnstable car crash, police say
The crash occurred on Route 6, westbound, at the 6 mile marker.
A person died in a car crash in Barnstable the evening of Jan. 9, State Police said.
The crash occurred off of Route 6 westbound at the 6 mile marker, the agency said in a statement.
The driver was trapped inside the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene, State Police said.
The victim is not being publicly identified pending notification of their family, and the investigation is still ongoing, police said.
