A worker died after he fell from a roof in Danvers on Wednesday morning, prompting an ongoing investigation by local and state police.
According to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, Danvers police responded to a call at 8:15 a.m. to find that an individual had fallen from a Briarwood Drive roof.
A Salem, New Hampshire-based roofing company employed the worker. First responders transported him to Beverly Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, officials said.
