Saugus woman scratches off for a cool million

A Saugus woman recently won $1 million on a scratch ticket.
Jenifer Rodrigues Dos Santos won the prize on the “$10,000,000 Cash Blast” $20 instant ticket game, the Massachusetts Lottery Commission announced Monday.
Rodrigues Dos Santos accepted her winnings as a one-time cash payment of $650,000 before taxes. She plans to buy a house and a truck with her winnings, the commission says.
She bought the winning ticket at the 7-Eleven at 386 Lincoln Ave. in Saugus, and the store will receive $10,000 for selling it.
