Three firefighters were taken to a hospital after battling a fire at Foxwoods Resort and Casino Tuesday night.
The fire began inside David Burke’s Prime Steakhouse, according to WCVB.
The fire in the Grand Pequot Tower was extinguished by 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.
Normal operations had resumed in the Grand Pequot Tower and continued in all other areas as of that time as clean up continued, the tribal nation wrote on Facebook.
The three firefighters were transported to a local hospital for evaluation and were released as of Wednesday morning, the tribal nation said. No other injuries were reported.
David Burke’s Prime Steakhouse is temporarily closed Wednesday, and other nearby restaurants in the Grand Pequot Tower may open late, the tribal nation wrote.
