A pedestrian was struck and killed in a crash in Tewksbury Monday morning.
Around 5:17 a.m., Tewksbury police responded to a crash involving a pedestrian on Main Street near Clark Road.
When police arrived, the vehicle involved was still at the scene.
The victim, whose name has not yet been released, was transported to a local hospital where they were later pronounced dead, police say.
No further information is available at this time.
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing by Tewksbury police, Massachusetts State Police, and the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office.
