A 29-year-old driver was killed in the crash that closed Route 1 in Norwood in both directions shortly before 8 a.m. Wednesday.
In a joint release, the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office and Norwood police said the man, who they did not identify pending family notification, was pronounced dead at the scene near Pendergast Circle.
