A 72-year-old man died Monday after he and another worker fell from a maintenance lift in Rockland.
Rockland police received a report around 10:42 a.m. that two men — both maintenance personnel — had fallen from a boom lift while working at the Brentwood Arms condominium complex at 24 North Ave., according to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.
The 72-year-old man, whose name was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel, officials said.
The second male worker was transported to South Shore Hospital with injuries.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing by Rockland police, State Police, and the DA’s office.
