Medford police are still looking for a man who went missing last week.
Jason Compere, 29, was last seen at his home near Fulton Heights and Carr Park around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, police shared on social media Wednesday. The search remained active as of this week.
Authorities described Compere as a Black man with black braided hair, brown eyes, and a goatee. He wears glasses, stands about 6 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs approximately 220 pounds.
Compere was last seen wearing a black shirt, light blue sweatshirt, black pants, and a black Nike backpack. He may have a “grey and blue Giant brand mountain bike” with him, police said.
Authorities added that “has known mental health concerns, and may be in need of support.”
Medford police ask anyone with information about Compere’s whereabouts contact the department at 781-395-1212.
